Shipping Options and Fees

Most orders shipped with 24 business hours of receipt. Orders received after 4:30pm (EST) on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday morning.

At checkout you will be given shipping options that apply to your order’s shipping address. All estimated in-transit times below do not include the day of pick-up, weekend days & Federal Holidays.

Be sure to provide us with your e-mail address at Check-Out. The Tracking Number for your order will be automatically emailed to you once your shipment has been picked up by the carrier.

If you were logged into your account at the point of purchase, you can also log back in at any time to track your order.

We do NOT request or require a signature for UPS deliveries, but we cannot force the driver to leave the package if no one is home.

If you live in a relatively low crime area and the risk is small, the driver will usually leave the package at your door or other safe areas, but it is solely up to your UPS driver’s discretion whether or not to require a signature. This also applies to any special shipping instructions that you have asked us to include on your shipping label.

Standard to US addresses

  • For orders less than 20 lbs and under $75: $6.99 Shipping
  • Over $75: Free shipping
  • For Orders over 20lb: actual shipping cost

USPS Priority Mail to HI

  • For orders under $75 and less than 20lb: $12.99 Shipping
  • For orders over $75 and less than 20lb: Free Shipping
  • 20lb-40lb: $16.99 Shipping

USPS Priority Mail to AK, PR, GU

  • For orders under $75 and less than 20lb: $14.99 Shipping
  • For orders over $75 and less than 20lb: Free Shipping
  • 20lb-40lb: $17.99 Shipping


We do not accept the return of any merchandise that has been opened.

Unopened merchandise returned in perfect, saleable condition can be returned for a full refund of the original purchase price – not including original shipping fee – within 30 days of the purchase date. Absolutely no product returns will be accepted after 30 days. All returns are shipped back to our warehouse at the customer’s expense. We recommend that you do insure your Return Shipment to ensure proper delivery.

A Return Authorization Number (RAN) Must Accompany All Returns.

Your Return Authorization Number must be clearly indicated on the exterior of the case in which your return is packed – please do not deface the actual product. Our warehouse will refuse receipt of any returns that are not clearly marked with a Return Authorization Number.
